Task 5 Step 1
I can't particularly tell in which company I want to work in the future. All companies are interesting and perspective. However I hope to get to the company in which really except earning money there will be also other not less important purposes. For example environment protection, improvement of the equipment and working out of more economic grades of fuel. I dream to work in affable collective where everyone will know the work and even if it is necessary can help other employee. Where there will be a worthy salary and stable conditions. And still, it is possible to name it my whim, I want to get to collective where there will be many beautiful girls)) but the main thing all the same that the company cared of the future, differently as a result there will be nothing...
Task 4 Step 1
In 2010, LUKOIL Group organizations spent about USD 715 million (compared with USD 420 million in 2009) on environmental safety measures. LUKOIL Group organizations ensure environmental safety through a number of measures aimed at efficient use of water resources, prevention of water body contamination, reduction in the atmospheric emissions of pollutants, utilization of accumulated oil waste, contamination prevention and efficient use of land resources. Some of the measures taken were:
· trouble-shooting and capital repair of pipeline transport;
· modernization and construction of facilities enhancing the petroleum gas utilization level;
· purchase of equipment for possible emergency oil and petroleum product spill response;
· reclamation of impaired and oil contaminated lands;
· integrated monitoring of environmental components, including satellite monitoring;
· construction of new and reconstruction of existing water supply and water drainage networks;
· assembly of chlorination units for the disinfection of industrial and river water;
· replacement of equipment and optimization of technologies aimed at reducing pollutant emissions;
· construction of a complex to treat oil-contaminated waste.
Shell group:
• Maintenance of effective operation, repair and adjustment of the industrial equipment and other objects of an infrastructure of the enterprise: a boiler-house, vessels under pressure, the gas and load-lifting equipment.
• the Organization and direct participation in audit, repair and adjusting.
• Check of correctness and modification of engineering specifications.
• Preparation of the list of demanded spare parts, definition of possibilities of replacement of original spare parts on the similar.
• Estimating and technical specifications, working out of drawings and diagrams for the modernized equipment
• Provides preparation and training repair and attendants of the enterprise.
• Provides safety of conducting works, both own forces, and the involved organization.
All of them are certainly important, but if to me have told to choose 10 most important I made it;)

Task 3 Step2
So, I need to describe the qualities. I don't know from what to begin. In general, I responsible, but lazy))) however if than that strongly to interest me I will be engaged in it day and night. About formation I can tell the same most - I do and I learn that is pleasant. I try to carry out that is necessary, therefore if to me have entrusted work, can doesn't worry about its performance. I think that almost all these factors should influence enterprise work, it is impossible to wipe that that defined or more main. All of them are connected among themselves. If the company follows the plan it will be good

Task 2 Step 1
I would choose from all companies set forth above two, such as Lukoil and Shell. Because in my opinion they the most known. That it is necessary to get there to pass rigid selection. It forces the person who was going to get there more works. If you get to such company it doesn't mean yet that you will be there the boss. You should pass all way since the simple worker. That is when you will rise on a career ladder you will know as they say "each bolt" that is useful both for you, and for all enterprise. As it has been told above, at the enterprises of this kind very rigid selection, therefore people which there work is polite, friendly. You get to an environment of people to which you can trust and with which it is pleasant to work. If you have reliably become stronger and has become friends with collective you would become necessary at the enterprise and can be assured that you will not remain without work.
Task 1 Step 1
Here I'll answered the questions about 8 top oil and gas companies:
Diykov Alexander Valer'evich
1. Look through the Halliburton home page. Find the motto of the company. http://www.halliburton.com/
“Take care of the customer.”
2. Who were the founders of the company? What country did they first find oil? http://www.bp.com/sectiongenericarticle.do?categoryId=9014440&contentId=7027520
Oil were found in Persia.By the early morning of 26 May 1908, the whole camp reeked of sulphur. At four o’clock the drill reached 1,180 feet and a fountain of oil spewed out into the dawn sky.
3. What are the key elements of TNK-BP’s strategy?
TNK-BP is a leading Russian oil company and is among the top ten privately-owned oil companies in the world in terms of crude oil production. The company was formed in 2003 as a result of the merger of BP’s Russian oil and gas assets and the oil and gas assets of Alfa, Access/Renova group (AAR). BP and AAR each own 50% of TNK-BP. The shareholders of TNK-BP also own close to 50% of Slavneft, a vertically integrated Russian oil company.
TNK-BP is a vertically integrated oil company with a diversified upstream and downstream portfolio in Russia and Ukraine. The company’s upstream operations are located primarily in West Siberia (Khanty-Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts, Tyumen Region), East Siberia (Irkutsk Region), and Volga-Urals (Orenburg Region). In 2010 the company produced on average 1.74 mboed (excluding its 50% share in Slavneft).
Mission
Our purpose is to harness natural energy resources for human benefit
We aim to support long-term economic growth, social stability, prosperity and progress in the regions where we operate, as well as caring for the environment and ensuring sustainable use of natural resources
We want to achieve consistent and long-term growth of our business, transforming LUKOIL into a leading global energy company. We want to be a reliable supplier of hydrocarbons on the international energy market
5. Where is Chevron headquartered?
We trace our beginnings to an 1879 oil discovery at Pico Canyon, north of Los Angeles, which led to the formation of the Pacific Coast Oil Co. That company later became Standard Oil Co. of California and, subsequently, Chevron. We took on the name Chevron when we acquired Gulf Oil Corp. in 1984, nearly doubling our worldwide proved oil and gas reserves. Our merger with Gulf was at that time the largest in U.S. history.
Another major branch of the family tree is The Texas Fuel Company, formed in Beaumont, Texas, in 1901. It later became known as The Texas Company and eventually Texaco. In 2001, our two companies merged. The acquisition of Unocal Corporation in 2005 strengthened Chevron's position as an energy industry leader, increasing our crude oil and natural gas assets around the world.
6. What are the objectives of the Shell group? http://www.shell.com/home/Framework?siteId=aboutshell-en&FC2=/aboutshell-en/html/iwgen/who_we_are/our_vision/zzz_lhn.html&FC3=/aboutshell-en/html/iwgen/who_we_are/our_vision/our_vision_30102006.html
We believe that oil and gas will be integral to the global energy needs for economic development for many decades to come. Our role is to ensure that we extract and deliver them profitably and in environmentally and socially responsible ways.
We seek a high standard of performance, maintaining a strong long-term and growing position in the competitive environments in which we choose to operate.
We aim to work closely with our customers, our partners and policymakers to advance more efficient and sustainable use of energy and natural resources.
7. What are Schlumberger’s three well-established values? http://www.slb.com/about/guiding_principles.aspx?
Three well-established company Values that focus on people, technology and profit underpins our work.
Our people thrive on the challenge to excel in any environment and their dedication to safety and customer service worldwide is our greatest strength.
Our commitment to technology and quality is the basis for our competitive advantage.
Our determination to produce superior profits is the cornerstone for our future independence of action and growth.
8. What are the top fields Saudi Aramco engaged in?
The world’s need for energy is growing, but so too is our ability to meet that demand. Our teams have been discovering new and better ways of delivering petroleum energy since 1933. Find out more about our leadership, our history and the people who make us the world’s leading integrated petroleum enterprise.
9. Who is the Chairman of Gazprom’s management Committee? http://www.gazprom.ru/eng/articles/article8849.html
